The ACS System Enterprise created specifically for aviation, for companies such as airlines and MRO. It is easy and quick to implement. Airline-oriented thinking

The ACS system was created specifically for the needs of the airlines. All requirements have come from people in aviation, former and active Post Holders, and other airline staff. The system is under the supervision of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).


Automatic machines

More automatic mechanisms are helpful for airline staff. Planning using automatic machines is more efficient, optimized, safer, and costs less than manually updating data.

For example, an airline which has 11 aircraft A320/A319, more than 100 pilots and more than 200 flight attendants, performing 50 flight operations per day, the Autoplanner Engine executes the roster in 25 minutes! This is the result of the work of one of the users of ACS System Enterprise.


Cost optimization

The system is cost optimization-oriented. The system enables document flow, cost verification according to company agreements and cost approval.


Matrix Contracts

Any type of signed contract can be defined in the system. On the basis of these data the system counts all the costs arising from the contract. The most commonly is used during the process of costs acceptance.
Based on the rules of contracts, the user is able to control the correctness of their execution and compliance in respect of the costs and revenue generated. Using these tools, will avoid the risk of fraudulent service providers.


Your data is your value

You have full access to your data. You can easily import and export in selected digital data format – even SQL.
Many software vendors, blocks the possibility of access to data in pure form. Make it to hinder the transfer of data in the case when the user decides to change the system. We don’t do that because we think that any decision taken by the user is the correct decision.


Advanced IT technology engaged

To create the system, we use the latest software technology. We use mostly Microsoft VS #C, .Net tools in conjunction with DevExpress and Java Script, JQ, Ajax, Telerik Kendo UI. Our system is integrated with MS Office and Adobe PDF on each stage.


Natural system structure

The system structure is similar to the airline structure as the Module = Department. This allows free configuration of the system during making a decision about the purchase. Customer buy only what he need. If the Department already uses some software and is satisfied of it then does not have to buy the module to support that Department again.


Access rights and data security

Any activity, any data, any access to the system is under the supervision of the access rights engine. User can have (or not) rights read or/and modify or/and write rights to any files, documents and can have (or not) access to the system, module, functionality, and deeper parts of the functions – even to view or not any parts of data. Management of these rights is in hands of the ACS System’s admin. Admin can give different rights to the platforms (PC/www/IOS) to the person or/and position in the organisation structure or/and department …


During the creation of the system, we used the most advantageous and newest IT tools. Most of the functionalities, forms, and views are user-friendly for non-IT people. The user always has the same DUI standard to navigate the system. Sorting, filtering, hiding, and showing data is always easy and gives the user more options to work on data.



Every airline and every country have the same problems with currency and reconciliation in their national currency. At any time, you can have statements coming from the system in the currency that is needed.



Language change

We understand that the English language is the most popular in the aviation world. English is the standard in the ACS System.  However, the system is ready to adopt other languages.



It is allow you to have exactly what you need. Modules of the system are exactly like departments in most of aviation organizations. You do not have to pay for functionality what you never use.

Reports, views, and forms

The customer can have any report generated by the system in a Word document, Excel spreadsheet, and PDF as well. The Docs Management module gives the user the possibility to define patterns for any of the reports or forms. The ACS implementation team uses this functionality to customize the system for customer needs. After implementation, the customer can change any shape and pattern.



Open for other systems to integrate

The system is open for interface (integrated by on-line connection) to other, third party software existing in a customer’s organization. ACS staff will do it during implementation at customer request.


On-line backups and replication

The customer’s database has to be safe. The system gives the user the choice on how data needs to be backuped. The customer can use the ACS solution involving daily, weekly on-line backups, or the safest real time on-line replication of the database. If the user has his own backup system, then he can just use it.


Multi-platform: PC, Web browser, iOS

Allways time is an important factor. For the airline staff, ACS System gives a mobile solution. A few functionalities of the system are implemented on the iPad/iPhone. The customer can work on it any time, anywhere. We understand that Apple solutions are not cheap, but perfect for aviation. Pilots on duty can use the ACS application on the iPad/iPhone to check all services completed during turnaround, fill out the Journey Log, and prepare the after flight report. After pushing the button, data  appears in the system and is available for any staff in any department. At any time, crew members can have access to the roster. The Training Dept. can examine staff using CBT/WBT. Mechanics can get their WO/TC.
Access to the system via web browser is the first step in giving efficient tools for airline staff. Key functions are available on this platform.
Using the internet connection, the system communicates with external services of other aviation systems eg. DCS sending and receiving messages.


One, efficient database

It is important that all modules have one database. One-time inputted data is available for each module. Exchanging information and multi-criteria reports are easy to generate.


Easy importing and exporting

Easy exporting and importing gives the user more manageability of his data. Data is valuable to the customer that’s why customer can export and import data any time without any difficulties coming from the system. Thanks to Microsoft technology, Word and Excel is a natural interface for the importing/exporting of  data in the ACS system. The user can prepare data as  an Excel spreadsheet for import and can generate the same data a different way.


GUI, Stripes, Maps

The main feature of the system is a specific user interface. The engine developed for the presentation of the data in the form of strips is used by each module. Even the Finance Support module uses this form to present the profitability of flight operations by viewing the flight stripe on green in the case of profitable or on red when you losing money. The user has full control of flight operations and all the actions taken by separated departments in the system where current updates are always visible on the Strips.

Next important form of presentation of data is maps. The system uses the free maps (OpenStreetMap) and Google Maps. In both cases is used mGUI engine developed by the ACS used in many modules.



At the stage of implementation of the system, ACS staff configures system in respect of legal regulations in the country of the client and the regulation of the company based on the Operations Manual in case of airline or MOE in case of MRO.
The system is based on the patterns of the documents created during implementation. Each document, report, form is exactly adapted to the customer’s requirements (the logo, data fields, sizes and typefaces, etc.). To create patterns using MS Word and MS Excel. User can easily change or adjust these patterns.

Most functions are developed with the idea after three clicks, get a result. This is not always  possible, but we always remember this during the creation of the system.
